This is a positive thing for the community, and a great concentration of intelligence in exactly the right area. I'm genuinely thrilled it's happening.

I think it is a great way to explore ideas and promote podcasting. But like PodcastCon, perhaps even more so, the vast majority of people there are going to be existing podcasters. One thing that will need to happen is that we turn our respective gazes outwards, rather than inwards.
